Qn: How often is posting done at PlusPink?
POSTING SCHEDULE
PlusPink does not offer Meet Ups. Posting will happen every Tuesdays and Thursdays for all payments made before 11AM on the posting day itself.
Qn: What are my options for delivery?
NORMAL MAIL
PlusPink offers free normal postage for all items. Please note that normal mails are not insured and PlusPink will not be able to track their status once mailed out. PlusPink will not be responsible should the package go missing and Customers will bear the risk of lost mail. We therefore strongly encourage you to opt for Registered Mail.
REGISTERED MAIL
PlusPink Customers are strongly encouraged to opt for Registered Mail as this will not only insure your package but also allow you to track your own packages.
A single charge of $2.24 for every registered package.
Registered mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, SingPost will leave a notification slip either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You may then proceed to the Post Office stated on the slip to collect your package. Alternatively, you may reschedule another delivery with SingPost.
TRACKING REGISTERED MAIL
Every Registered package will be allocated a Registered Article (RA) tracking number. You will be able to find the RA tracking number under your "Order History" after PlusPink has done the posting. You can track the status of your package via SingPost.
Qn: How do I go about doing a return / exchange?
Please note PlusPink does not have a Cash Refund Policy. Credit notes will be issued instead. Exchanges and Credit notes will only be available on a case-by-case basis.
All exchanges are to be done so within 14 days upon receipt of items bought from PlusPink, please read details below carefully and you may contact us here.
Once this duration has expired, we will not accept return of the item. Items returned MUST be in brand new condition, and must have not been worn / washed.

INCORRECT SIZING
Please note PlusPink will not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes bought. Critical measurements are provided for each item and the customer is expected to review them as well as to consult the provided Size Chart before making the purchase. Should there be any concern with the fit / size, the customer is welcome to send in their query before making the purchase.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered as defective. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that PlusPink can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
