PlusPink respects the privacy rights of our customers and we will only track statistics for business purposes.
No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law.


Email addresses collected at PlusPink are used internally only. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to third parties.


Exchange Policy

Qn: How do I go about doing a return / exchange?

Please note PlusPink does not have a Cash Refund Policy. Credit notes will be issued instead. Exchanges and Credit notes will only be available on a case-by-case basis.


All exchanges are to be done so within 14 days upon receipt of items bought from PlusPink, please read details below carefully and you may contact us here.


Once this duration has expired, we will not accept return of the item. Items returned MUST be in brand new condition, and must have not been worn / washed.



PlusPink will not accept returns/exchanges for any items without the original clothing label, or returned items that are damaged/worn/soiled/washed.



Please note PlusPink will not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes bought. Critical measurements are provided for each item and the customer is expected to review them as well as to consult the provided Size Chart before making the purchase. Should there be any concern with the fit / size, the customer is welcome to send in their query before making the purchase.



Defective items are goods which are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. (Manufacturing fault excludes stray threads and removable stains)


Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered as defective. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that PlusPink can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.



PlusPink offer exchanges for the following cases as well:

  • Item received is in the wrong colour / size  from your order
  • Wrong item from your order



Kindly contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order.

For defective items, a clear snapshot of the item and defected area will also be required.


PlusPink will send a replacement item at our cost after a thorough quality check. All exchange items must be returned to PlusPink via Registered Mail in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed. PlusPink will absorb the postage cost for the return of defective items.


In the interests of hygiene, PlusPink do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.



In the event that the item you originally purchased is sold out, a credit note will be issued instead.

Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.



Sale items are non- exchangeable/returnable.



Should PlusPink find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back to customer and all postage costs will be borne by customer. Postage will be sent via normal mail. Should you wish to opt otherwise, please inform PlusPink.


Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items are packed securely and sealed properly when returning to us. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.


PlusPink reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and any exchange will not be granted.
